In Berlin, the various Reichsministers of Adolf Hitler's cabinet, alongside the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht and its constituent Army Groups for Operation Barbarossa, must ensure that all aspects of the operation, from logistics to the frontline, from the home front to the foreign policy, is maintained at the highest levels. On the other side of the isle, the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army under the leadership of Joseph Stalin and his cabinet, must ensure the stalling, if not outright repulsion, of the invasion as the Union musters its strength throughout the country.
